Finale
We
picked up the car from the paint shop again and brought back to our garage.
Now the hand polishing of all the little areas that the polishing machine
couldn't get to began. We used McGuiars products starting out with Medium
Cut Cleaner, progressing to Fine Cut Cleaner then to Swirl Remover. The
car was polished with each of these grits 3 times before it was ready
for wax. But we couldn't wax yet as the paint needed more time to cure.
We
acquired a set of Aston Martin tips that would put the finishing touch
on the rear of the car. The car was brought to a muffler shop where we had them weld on our new tips.
The
front wheels are 16x8" with 225x16x50 ZR Goodyear Eagles skins. The
rear wheels are 16x9" and mounted with Firestone Firehawk's 245x16x50
Z rated tires. These Centerline, 3 piece, IMSA style racing wheels were
also given their final polishing and waxing.
When you drive this car, you’ll be driving one of 44 Vipres and a “one of a kind” of 44 Enterra Vipres ever made in the world! The Save The Fiero Foundation will sell you this one of a kind classic for $535,000
